By making a payment on prm4u.com, you agree to the following refund conditions:
1. Refunds for orders are only possible to the same payment method used for the transaction (e.g., bank card, e-wallet, etc.).
2. Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days from the date of the order or balance top-up.
3. If an order has already started, refunds may be considered only in cases where the service cannot be completed due to our fault.
4. If suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected, the account may be blocked without the option for a refund.
5. Refunds are processed only upon user request through prm4u.com support, with each case reviewed individually.
6. Funds will be returned to the user’s specified payment system within 10 business days after approval.
7. prm4u.com is not responsible for fees charged by payment systems or aggregators.
Important: Once the transaction is successfully completed, you agree not to file disputes or chargebacks through payment systems or aggregators.
